Labneh with Vegetables and Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp good olive oil
  • 1 tsp za'atar
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 radishes sliced
  • 2 flatbreads

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt with salt. Line a sieve with a clean cloth and pour yogurt in. Tie and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next morning, turn the labneh out onto a plate.
  3. Use a spoon to spread it out and make a shallow well in the centre.
  4. Pour olive oil into the well and sprinkle za'atar over the top.
  5. Arrange cucumber, tomatoes and radishes around it. Serve with warm flatbreads.
