Smoked Salmon on Rye with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices dark rye bread
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • fresh dill
  • 1 lemon wedge

Method
 

  1. Spread cream cheese generously over both slices of rye.
  2. Layer cucumber slices over the cream cheese.
  3. Drape smoked salmon on top.
  4. Scatter red onion slices and capers over the salmon.
  5. Finish with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon.
